এই মুহূর্তে একটি ব্রেকিং নিউজ সামনে আসছে প্রাইমারি শিক্ষক নিয়োগ নিয়ে। আজ সুপ্রিম কোর্টে ছত্তিশগড় বিএড[টেট] পাস চাকরি (chhattisgarh bed court case order copy)প্রার্থীদের করা একটি মামলায় সুপ্রিম কোর্টে শুনানি হয়। সেখানে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট ছত্রিশগড় রাজ্যের মামলাটি গুরুত্ব আকারে শোনে। আজকে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট অর্ডার দিয়ে জানিয়েছে যে , গত ১১/০৮/২০২৩ তারিখে পাস করা বিএড vs ডিএলএড রায়ের এফেক্ট retrospective দেওয়া হয়নি!
ফলে এর এফেক্ট ২০১৮ থেকে ২০২৩ সালের ১১ই আগস্ট পর্যন্ত প্রাইমারী রিক্রুটমেন্ট এর উপর পড়বে না! তাই আজকে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট জানিয়েছে (chhattisgarh bed court case order copy) যে যেহেতু ছত্রিশগড়ে এই নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া আগে শুরু করেছিল তাই এখানে বিএড সঙ্গে টেট পাস চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের শর্ত সাপেক্ষে কাউন্সিলিং-এ অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ দিতে হবে।

"Permission to file SLP (Dy.No. 35325/2023) is granted. Mr. Amit Agrawal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents Nos. 5 to 16. Hence, there is no need to issue formal notice to them. Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. In the meantime, taking into consideration that the recruitment process which was in progress, is now interrupted by the ad-interim order dated 21.08.2023 and the aspect ultimately to be considered by the High Court is with regard to the manner in which the judgment in C.A. No. 5068 of 2023 passed by this Court is to be construed, at this stage interrupting the recruitment process would not be justified.
Therefore to the said extent, we hereby stay the order dated 21.08.2023 passed by the High Court and clarify that the recruitment process, which was in progress prior to the date of the said interim order passed by the High Court, shall continue and the appointments, if any, made thereunder will however remain subject to result of the consideration to be made by the High Court in W.P.S No. 5788 of 2023. The selected candidates shall be informed of the same by the Appointing Authority concerned.
In the meantime, notwithstanding the pendency of these petitions, the petitioners herein may also implead themselves before the High Court in the writ petition and if the High Court deems it fit to hear the parties and consider the writ petition on its own merits and in accordance with law, there shall be no impediment for the High Court to proceed on merits in the matter since these petitions are limited to the aspect of interim order."

কারণ সুপ্রিম কোর্ট এই মামলাটিকে আজ হাইকোর্টে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছে ফাইনাল আউট কাম এর জন্য। এই রায়ের অর্ডার কপির ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক উপরে দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে! এটা একটা যুগান্তকারী রায় হয়ে দাঁড়াবে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের 2022 টেট পাস এবং 2022 প্রাইমারি নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে। এর সঙ্গে কর্মরত শিক্ষকদের ও অনেক সমস্যা মিটবে বলে মনে করা হচ্ছে।
এই দিকে আজ বিচারপতি অমৃতা সিনহা বেঞ্চে প্রাথমিকের নিয়োগ দুর্নীতি একটি মামলা উঠেছিল! আজ কোর্টে CBI 2017 শিক্ষক নিয়োগ মামলায় রিপোর্ট জমা দিয়েছে। সেখানে তাঁরা ৪৩১ জনের নামের লিস্ট জমা করেছে যারা টেট পাস না করেও ঐ 42000 প্রাইমারি নিয়োগে চাকরি পেয়েছে। ঐ ৪৩১ জনের মধ্যে আগেই ২৬৯ জনের নাম জমা পড়েছিল! এদিন সিবিআইয়ের তরফে হাইকোর্টে রিপোর্ট দিয়ে জানানো হয়, ৯৬ জনের খোঁজ তারা পেয়েছে যাদের কোনও যোগ্যতা না থাকা সত্ত্বেও চাকরিতে নিযুক্ত করা হয় ।
এই তালিকা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের হাতে তুলে দিতে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন বিচারপতি । এরপর পর্ষদকেও এই নামগুলির ভিত্তিতে তাদের রিপোর্ট হাইকোর্টে জমা দিতে হবে ৷ যদিও এই ৪৩১(২৬৯+৯৬+৬৬)এর মধ্যে ৬৬ জনের সম্পর্কে কোনও তথ্য পাওয়া যায় নি!
আজকে মামলাকারীরা দাবী করেন যে সংখ্যাটি ৪৩১ নয়, ওটা হবে ২০৬৯ জনের! এখন সঠিক সংখ্যা কত সেটা হয়তোবা এই মামলার পরিবর্তন শুনানির দিন উঠে আসবে! এই মামলার পরবর্তী শুনানি হবে ১৪ই সেপ্টেম্বর। নতুন আপডেট পেলে তা অবশ্যই শেয়ার করা হবে!!!
৯৬ জনের তালিকা আগামীকালের মধ্যে প্রাইমারি পর্ষদে পাঠাতে বললেন বিচারপতি, সঙ্গে তিনি ঐ নিয়োগ প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষকদের বিরুদ্ধে পর্ষদকে তথ্য যাচাই করে তাড়াতাড়ি উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার কথা বললেন।
