এছাড়াও আজকে মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকাদের জন্য একটি নতুন প্রকল্পের ঘোষণা করলেন। এই প্রকল্পতির নাম হল “উৎসশ্রী প্রকল্প”/Ushasri scheme or Ushasri Portal। এই পকল্পের মাধ্যমে রাজ্যের শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকিকারা নিজে থেকেই ট্রান্সফারের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। শিক্ষকরা এবং শিক্ষিকিকারা বদলি নিজের বাড়ীর কাছে বদলির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আরও ডিটিলস নীচের ভিডিও তে ।
