আপনারা জানেন যে, প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ WBBPE{West Bengal Board Of Primary Education} আগেই নোটিশ জারি করেছে তৃতীয় প্রাথমিক টেট নিয়ে। এই পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে আগামী 31th January 2021 সালে । এই নিয়ে প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ গাইডলাইন জারি করেছে।
Guidelines REGARDING TET-2017-EXAMINATION ON 31.01.2021
| All examinee shall enter into the venue with their downloaded ADMIT CARDS on or before 12:00 noon, i.e. one hour before the commencement of the Examination on 31.01.2021 |
| No examinee will be allowed to enter in to the Venue with any kind of bag. |
| Nobody will be allowed inside the venue without wearing a mask. |
| Examinees shall have to use ball-point-pens of black ink only in the hall for writing. |
| Entry into the hall with mobile phones, calculators or electronic gadgets of any kind is prohibited. If an examinee is found to be carrying any of the above-mentioned devices, his/her candidature/examination shall be cancelled forthwith. |
| Even, the Joint Venue-in-Charges, the invigilators and other employees within the Venue shall keep their mobiles switched off and locked in a locker from 12: noon to 3:30 p.m. |

এই দিকে কোর্টের নির্দেশে প্রাথমিক টেট-এ নতুন করে অফলাইন আবেদন করে বসতে পারছেন ডিএলএড প্রশিক্ষণ প্রাপ্ত মামলাকারীরা{যে বা যারা ২৭ তারিখের আগে কেস করেছেন}। তাঁদের গতকালকে অফলাইনে ডকুমেন্ট জমা নেওয়া হয় পর্ষদ অফিসে। তাঁদের আজকে এডমিট কার্ড দেওয়া হবে,তাদের গতকালকের ডকুমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেসনের পরে।
এই দিকে ঐ মামলার রায়কে চ্যালেঞ্জ জানিয়ে প্রাথমিক পর্ষদ ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে মামলা দায়ের করেছে। সেই মামলার শুনানি রয়েছে আগামী সোমবার ১লা ফেব্রুয়ারি । মামলাটির শুনানির আগে প্রাথমিকের টেট পরীক্ষায় হয়ে যাবে। ফলে মামলার রায়ের উপর চাকরীপ্রার্থীদের ভাগ্য টিকে থাকবে।
ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে মামলাটি মূলত হল, Imana Chowdhury & Ors যে মামলাটি করেছিলেন যে তাঁদেরকে ৩১ তারিখের প্রাথমিকে টেট পরীক্ষায় বসতে দেওয়া হক,যেহেতু দীর্ঘ দিন টেট পরীক্ষা হয়নি এবং এর মধ্যেই তাঁরা ট্রেনিং কমপ্লিট করেছে , এই নিয়ে মাননীয় বিচারপতি Rajarshi Bharadwaj নীচের রায় টি দেন গত ২৭/০১/২০২১ সালে,সেটাকে নিয়ে ।
“Thus, the writ petitioners who have approached this court after the publication of the notice dated 31st December, 2020 should be allowed to participate in TET 2017 by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. As submitted by Mr. Sanyal, TET 2017 will be conducted on 31st January, 2021 through out West Bengal at 1 p.m. and if the writ petitioners chooses to fill up offline application forms before the Board by tomorrow i.e. by 29th January, 2021 before 5 p.m., the offline application forms of the writ petitioners should be verified and scrutinized by the Board and admit cards for TET 2017 for the writ petitioners should be issued by the Board on the very next day that is by 30th January, 2021.”
“It is needless to mention that a Herculean task has been achieved by the Board in organizing TET 2017 for three lakhs participants and the writ petitioners should also be advised and accommodated by the Board so that they can participate in the said TET 2017.
Further, the benefit of this order shall be available to the petitioners who have filed their writ petitions before 27th January, 2021, i.e. before the first day of hearing and who are before me by way of the writ petitions and to nobody else.”

গতকালকে সিঙ্গেল বেঞ্চের ঐ রায় কে নিয়ে আরও কিছু মামলাকারী কোর্ট যায় যে তাঁদেরকেও ৩১ তারিখের প্রাথমিকে টেট পরীক্ষায় বসতে দেওয়া হক,কিন্তু মাননীয় বিচারপতি Rajarshi Bharadwaj সেই আবেদনকে খারিজ করে দেন,এবং আগের রায়কে বলবৎ রাখেন। ফলে আর কোনও নতুন প্রার্থী মামলা করে আসন্ন প্রাথমিকের টেট পরীক্ষায় বসতে দেওয়া জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন না।

এই দিকে ১৬৫০০ শিক্ষক নিয়োগ নিয়ে যে সমস্ত খবরাখবর বেরিয়ে আসছে তাতে দেখা যাচ্ছে যে, যাঁদের এর মধ্যে অর্থাৎ ২০১৪ র টেট পাস ট্রেন্ড ক্যান্ডিডেটদের ইন্টারভিউ নেওয়া হয়েগিয়েছে, তাঁদের প্যানেল ৩১/০১/২০২১ তারিখের পরে যে কোনও মুহূর্তে প্রকাশিত হতে পারে।
এবং অন্য দিকে কেস পিটিশনার যে বা যারা অফলাইনে পর্ষদ অফিসে গিয়ে নিজের ডকুমেন্ট জমা করে এসেছেন কোর্টের নির্দেশের পরে,ইন্টারভিউ এর জন্য ,তাঁদের ডকুমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেসন দ্রুত করছে পর্ষদ। তাঁদের সমস্ত আপডেট কোর্টের মাধ্যমে বেরিয়ে আসবে বলে খবর জানা গিয়েছে ।
