- This calculator provides estimates. Basic pay is rounded to the nearest ₹10 at each stage (initial, annual, and special increments).
- Annual increment: 3% of basic pay, added to pay in pay band, final basic pay rounded to nearest ₹10, applied on 1st July after 6 months of service per West Bengal rules.
- A Category Benefit: If selected, adds ₹300 to pay in pay band on the specified date. Basic pay is recalculated and rounded to nearest ₹10 after this.
- 10/20 Years Increment: If selected, applies a double 3% increment to basic pay (i.e., 3% on current basic, then another 3% on the new basic), added to pay in pay band. The final basic pay is rounded to the nearest ₹10, applied on the specified date.
- Part 1: DA calculated as is from 01/04/2008 to 30/06/2016.

তবে তাদের হিসাবের সঙ্গে আমাদের হিসাব মিলবে কিনা সেটা একমাত্র জানা যাবে নোটিশ প্রকাশিত হলে ।কারণ সেন্ট্রাল গভমেন্ট বছরে দুবার ডিএ ঘোষণা করেছে, স্টেট গভমেন্ট 2009 থেকে 2010 সাল অবধি দুবার করে ঘোষণা করেছে । কিন্তু ২০১১ সালের পর থেকে একবার করে ডিএ ঘোষণা করেছে ।
