And before that big decision in the state.West Bengal Gram Panchayat Recruitment Notification 2024 for 6652 Vacancies.The state government has issued a notification for the recruitment of tri-level panchayats of the state. It has been decided to hire more than 6,500 people. Notifications have been issued by Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti and District and Rural Development Department. It may be noted that the proposal in this regard was accepted in the state cabinet meeting on January 11.
After the meeting on that day, Water Resources Development Minister Dr. Manas Bhuiyan informed that there are vacancies in Siliguri Sub-Divisional Council in addition to the Panchayat Development Council due to the number of vacancies issued in the notification.
According to the notification, a total of 6 thousand 652 people will be appointed at the three levels of Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad- Panchayat. Staff will be recruited under Tristar Panchayat as well as under Siliguri Sub-Divisional Council.That meeting of the cabinet on January 11.In addition to the level, the state government also decided to recruit 1,000 personnel for the post of fire operator in the fire department.
